RISING UP TO THE CHALLENGE
WE WERE BORN TO DO IT
In 2009, I began my journey in the restaurant business. I gained approval as a franchisee of Lenny’s Sub shop and purchased my 1st unit. There's nothing more exciting than rebuilding a store. I love the rush of excitement and the enthusiasm from the team while watching our hard work and vision come to fruition. Our team's gifts are in alignment with the all-important need to overcome obstacles, face adversity and resistance, and say "step aside, there's work to do."
After several other purchases and sales, I was given the opportunity to transform 7 challenged KFC-Taco Bell units in Louisiana. I became so obsessed with the turnaround that I sold everything I had to focus on getting the formula right.
We became experts in the industry doing the dirty work many others won’t do, but after 131 transitions and so much experience gained, we discovered our true calling is in building, cultivating, and sustaining growth. We specialize in acquiring intelligently by carefully selecting the brand and market. We excel at cultivating organic growth through a focus on people.

In order for us and our brand partners to emerge at the top in the QSR industry, it is important for us to have a strong, people-first driven culture, and a high standard of service execution.
We take pride in the teams we have built, in their growth and in all they have achieved. No matter the challenge - broken units we have purchased from disenchanted or tired ownership, Hurricane Harvey, pandemic related government mandated shutdowns or limitations, we Emerge! through the chaos and adapt and overcome because our people don’t act like victims of circumstance but rather are conquerors who overcome all barriers! In the face of change, we rise up and win where others fail.
