TURNAROUND
We started out purchasing under perfor-ming units with potential. We developed operations, improved assets, upgraded management teams, and partnered with brands to enhance guests' and employees' experiences. We increased sales and profitability, growing unit PRA sales significantly.

TRANSFORMATION
Now, we purchase successful units and uncover further sales growth. We lead and inspire unit leaders to develop their teams, enhance operations, grow sales, and increase profitability.

TRANSITION
Brands trust in our method of transition-ing teams into Emerge! In early 2017 we gained approval for Sonic Brand and purchased 29 restaurants in Houston, Texas. Soon after we purchased 27 KFC corporate units in the Houston area. 8 Taco Bell units in the Houston area followed, and we recently acquired 30 Pizza Huts in Arizona!
In 2020, we acquired our fourth major brand
and reached 93 branches nationwide!
MEET OUR FOUNDER

In 2009 I began my journey in the restaurant business. I gained approval as a franchisee of Lenny’s Sub shop and purchased my 1st unit. There's nothing more exciting than rebuilding a store. After several other purchases and sales, I was given the opportunity to transform 7 challenged KFC-Taco Bell units and became so obsessed with turnarounds that I sold everything I had to focus on getting the formula right. We became experts in the industry doing the dirty work many others won’t do, but after 93 transitions and so much experience gained, we discovered our true calling is in building, cultivating, and sustaining growth. We specialize in acquiring intelligently by carefully selecting the brand and market. We excel at cultivating organic growth through a focus on people. We grow units through growing people!

Completed the process to gain approval to become a franchisee within Yum Brands and entered KFC system with the purchase of 7 challenged units in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area from a franchisee. Sold Lenny’s and Bullritos.

Gained growth approval from a legacy franchisee because of turnaround sales and operational metrics. Purchased 9 KFC-Taco Bells in Houston and Beaumont area.

PURCHASED CORPORATE SONIC, KFCs, AND TACO BELLS IN HOUSTON MARKET

March we bought 34 Sonic Drive Ins from Sonic Corporation. In August we purchased 10 KFC-Taco Bell Combo units in the Houston area from KFC corporate.
