Completed the process to gain approval to become a franchisee within Yum Brands and entered KFC system with the purchase of 7 challenged units in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area from a franchisee. Sold Lenny’s and Bullritos.

Gained growth approval from a legacy franchisee because of turnaround sales and operational metrics. Purchased 9 KFC-Taco Bells in Houston and Beaumont area.
PURCHASED CORPORATE SONIC, KFCs, AND TACO BELLS IN HOUSTON MARKET
March we bought 34 Sonic Drive Ins from Sonic Corporation. In August we purchased 10 KFC-Taco Bell Combo units in the Houston area from KFC corporate.
Completed 2 remodels for KFC.

We entered the Taco Bell system through the purchase of 6 units in the San Antonio and South Texas area from a franchisee.
We built our first Taco Bell in October 2018 in South Texas, Bulverde.

We built our first KFC in October 2019 in the Houston Area. We built our 2nd Taco Bell in 2019 in Crosby Texas.

We built our 2nd KFC unit in Orange, Texas in March 2020.
