Kamal's areas of expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations, combined with his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, laid the foundation for his success. However, it was his unwavering commitment to his people, brand, and customers that truly set him apart.

 

As the CEO and President of Emerge! Inc., Kamal has built one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in the Southwest United States. He prides himself on creating a culture that embraces diversity and minorities in the workplace, a reflection of his own immigrant background.

 

Kamal understands the importance of empowering his people to succeed in both work and life, and he has created a company culture that reflects this belief. In 2016, Kamal welcomed Mick onboard to design the "EMERGE" brand and build a company culture of diversity, equality, and opportunity. Together, they realized that their number one priority was their people, which led them to create a strong company culture and well-established identity that inspires others to join them on their mission.
