At Emerge! we encourage our employees to develop their skills every day in order to reach the highest standards of service and management in QSR, but also their highest personal standards. We are happy to announce that three of our Sonic Teams are in the TOP 50 of the Sonic Corporate’s national Dr. Pepper Sonic Games 2020!

1053 - Deer Park
1150 - League City
The teams continue to train and get prepared to compete in the TOP 12 that will be in the finals.
The famous brand Dr. Pepper organizes every year a one-of-a-kind training program for Sonic employees all across the U.S. The idea of the initiative is to help Team members in Sonic Restaurants to rise and become masters in their specific roles.
