On November 9th, 2022, we had the chance to celebrate the first ever KFC WCOM in Houston for Quarter 4 of the year. The entire team, including our managers from the Beaumont area, got together for the event in order to share their ideas and learn from each other. The theme for this meeting was “Falling Back to Basics”. A lot of information was presented by Rachel and our OPS Leader, Robbie Brown, who was also able to join and share his ideas. The team was incredibly engaged, took tons of notes, asked great questions and shared great BDPs. It was a great day for us to set a solid foundation and align on tactics, which is the root of well-executed operations and outstanding performance. After discussing improvements in the near future for all of our restaurants regarding performance, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to recognize the already amazing effort they make every day, so we reviewed the Leadership Level of Emerge! and had our 1st Pinning Ceremony for the KFC Team! RGMs were presented with a certificate and their Level 3 pins. The Area Coaches were then presented their certificates and pins by Rachel. Everyone had a great time and we are looking forward to ensuring that quarterly WCOM meetings are part of our routines in 2023 to bring everyone together, because the best teams celebrate one another but they also hold each other accountable.
