We are extremely pleased to announce the promotion of two outstanding leaders from Pizza Hut: Jessica McKeithan will be our new Market Training Leader and Brittany Stout will be our newest Area Coach! In her new role, Jessica will continue to build on the training foundations that she has helped to create. She will partner with the other Area Coaches to ensure that effective training is embedded into our organization’s structure, processes and decision making that will benefit our restaurant teams and guests. Jessica’s responsibilities will include building competence throughout the market on training processes and procedures including Summit, ServSafe training classes, centralized orientation and internal and external training. Jessica will also maintain her Area Coach responsibilities over Silverbell, La Cholla and Sunrise. Brittany’s responsibilities will include managing multiple restaurants through effectively coaching RGMs and restaurant teams with proper processes and procedures, and building a great culture. Brittany will oversee Williams, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Valencia, Ajo and Oracle. These two individuals have proven over and over again that they have everything it takes to be considered reliable and innovative Leaders that will guide their teams to the top of every mountain.
