Soon after our Q1 2022 Pizza Hut WCOM in Arizona, we celebrated a new Q1 WCOM - this time in Houston. Our theme was “Reaching For the Stars'', a very fitting concept that aligns with our Core Values and embodies the way our teams always climb to the peak of every mountain and reach to the sky to achieve their goals. Meaningful recognition is a fundamental part of our company’s culture. There were lots of sharing of BDPs, presentations and wonderful recognitions amongst the RGMs. The team was very engaged in this great opportunity to share experiences and knowledge and to celebrate the victories and efforts of all our outstanding teams. We hope many more of these events await for us in the future, where we can share our numbers, experiences and improvements as a market and form bonds with our teams.
