1st Pizza Hut World Class Operators Meeting



We continue to climb to the top of the industry with firm steps, knowing that a huge team of skilled and talented team members will always support us through every obstacle in the way. And as our team members support our operations by consistently delivering excellent results and showing outstanding performance, we owe them support and recognition throughout and after their careers at Emerge! Recognition and acknowledgement is what 2022 will be all about, and we started on the right foot. On January 12th 2022, General Managers and Area Coaches in the Arizona Market attended the 1st Pizza Hut World Class Operators Meeting in Tucson. This was an opportunity for all Pizza Hut Leadership to review important aspects of operations such as Bench Planning and WCOM forms and to recognize the valuable work every team member offers to the brand in order to grow together. Creating a strong company culture has proven once again to be a pillar of growth and a means to build a sense of belonging and motivation for all team members, and so a big part of this meeting revolved around future people development programs and initiatives that Emerge plans to roll out later this year. Another important objective of the meeting was to give recognition for great ownership and responsibility to team members that honor Emerge’s Core Values – Love, Urgency, Persistence and Honor - and how they apply to our daily situations. Finally, we held Emerge’s first Leadership Development Level pinning ceremony in which each General Manager was presented with a certificate and their Level 3 Pin. We are so proud and honored to be the first Emerge group to hold a WCOM and we owe this success to the Arizona team for their great engagement and team spirit. We hope this is the first of many more to come.
