November 25, 2025 marked a powerful milestone for Emerge. With the opening of our Eldridge location, we officially reached 30 Taco Bell restaurants: a moment that represents far more than expansion. It reflects years of commitment to building people, strengthening teams, and elevating every brand we serve.

This opening came to life through the leadership and ownership of Antonio, Christian, Joe, and Paige, whose focus and follow-through set the tone for a strong and seamless launch. Their work is a clear example of the Emerge mindset in action, showing up prepared, supporting one another, and executing with purpose.

A special thank-you goes to Jared, whose dedication and attention to detail delivered a beautiful, operations-ready restaurant. From the groundwork to opening day, his work ensured Eldridge was positioned for success from the very start.
