After AOP established the vision for 2026, the next question was simple:

How do we bring those goals to life?

That's where WCOM came in.

While AOP focused on direction, WCOM focused on execution. It gave Area Coaches and operational leaders the tools, conversations, and practical training needed to turn company priorities into daily action.

The message remained consistent: address sales outliers, strengthen leadership, and improve profitability.

But this time, the focus wasn't on what the goals were. It was on how leaders could achieve them.

One of the biggest areas of focus was Situational Leadership training led by Candace.

Leaders explored how to better coach their teams, adapt their leadership style, and create stronger accountability. Because if leadership is going to be our competitive edge, leaders need practical tools they can use every day.

Financial performance was another key discussion. Through sessions led by Crystal, leaders took a deeper look at controllable profit and the daily decisions that impact restaurant performance. The goal wasn't simply to understand the numbers—it was to understand the behaviors behind them.

Just as important were the conversations happening between leaders.

Throughout the meeting, Area Coaches shared challenges, discussed solutions, exchanged best practices, and learned from one another's experiences. Those discussions created valuable takeaways that could immediately be brought back to their restaurants and teams.

This kind of collaboration is one of the greatest strengths of WCOM. It creates opportunities for leaders to learn from leaders.

Recognition also remained an important part of the experience.

Top performers were celebrated for their contributions, and the highly anticipated State 48 dinner continued to reinforce a culture where strong performance is acknowledged and excellence is worth pursuing.

Moments like these remind leaders that results matter, but so do the people behind those results.

Throughout the event, the Storm Rider theme introduced during AOP continued to resonate.

Storm Riders understand that growth doesn't happen when conditions are perfect. Growth happens when leaders stay focused, adapt to challenges, and continue moving forward together.

That's exactly what WCOM was designed to support.

The meeting wasn't about introducing new priorities. It was about strengthening the leaders responsible for delivering them.

As teams move through the year, the goals remain the same. But thanks to the conversations, training, and collaboration that took place during WCOM, leaders are better equipped to turn those goals into results.

The vision has been set. The leaders are aligned. Now it's time to execute!
